CHAR BLAIR
Meet Char Blair – an engaging communicator. She’s known for her witty sense of humor and willingness to speak truth from God’s Word about real life situations.
As an ordained minister with the Northern California & Nevada Assemblies of God District Council, she’s got the credentials and the heart to back it up.
A proud graduate of William Jessup University, Char holds a degree in Psych/Counseling and Biblical Theology. Her passion for sharing God’s love in tangible ways shines through her volunteer work with the Children’s Water Foundation, where she helps bring clean water to the villages of Ghana, West Africa.
Currently, Char leads the charge as the Director of Church Ministries for the Assemblies of God, Northern California and Nevada.

Char is all about engaging, equipping, and empowering the Next Gen to know God and experience His power. She grew up in church and knew the love of God. But it wasn’t until later in life that she discovered God’s power to overcome obstacles and experience freedom.

The world has become digital, and culture has shifted dramatically. This has caused the generational divide to stretch even wider, leaving many in the older generation feeling sidelined. But this isn’t a cause for retreat – this is a call to action.
We need your wisdom and life experience now more than ever. There’s an assignment against this generation, fueled by misinformation. We need your voice. We need truth to break through the clouds of confusion.
Each generation should stand on the previous generation’s shoulders.
